Morgan Belveal - HIV Prevention Assistant Coordinator since July 2011.

Morgan is a Marketing student at Eastern Washington University, and started volunteering with SAN through the Inland Northwest Men's Experience (INMx) when he moved to Spokane in August 2010. Through his education he is focusing on ways to extend HIV prevention to population groups that were previously untouched by current messages. Outside of SAN and INMx, Morgan enjoys politics, which led him on the path of helping out a cause such as SAN.

Christina M. Benavides-Morris - RN Case Manager since January , 2012. 

Christina is a part- time bilingual/bicultural medical case manager serving Chelan Douglas Counties. Christina completed her nursing degree from Wenatchee Valley College in 2006. She previously worked as the HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator for Chelan Douglas Health District. In addition to Christina's role at SAN, she also serves as the Employee Health Nurse at Quincy Valley Medical Center. Christina has lived in Wenatchee for over 25 years.

Julie Bunker - RD Treatment Adherence Coordinator since September 2008. 

Julie graduated from the University of Tennessee in Nutrition and has previously worked in the acute healthcare setting at both Sacred Heart Medical Center and Empire Health Services as a manager and registered dietitian. In addition to her role at SAN, Julie works for the Spokane Veteran's Home. Julie was born in Wenatchee but grew up around Knoxville, Tennessee. She moved to Spokane in 1986.

Renee Cleveland- Accounting Manager since January 2010

Renee has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Operations Management from Eastern Washington University.  She also has her Masters in International Management from Whitworth University.  Renee's previous work includes 18 years of bookkeeping in many types of businesses from non-profit to Real Estate Closing/Funding.  Renee was born in Oklahoma, raised in Mississippi and Idaho, and has called Spokane home since 1979. She has exceptional stress management skills that have been developed as a result of having two toddler twins in addition to two grown children.

Katie Coker - Executive Director since July 2009. 

Katie graduated from Brandeis University's Heller School in May 2005 with a Master of Arts degree in Sustainable International Development. Katie was previously employed with Catholic Relief Services in Ghana, Sri Lanka, and Zambia working on HIV/AIDS programs, among others. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer for three years in the Ivory Coast and a World Food Program volunteer serving refugees from Sierra Leone and Liberia while stationed in Guinea. Raised in Cusick, Washington, Katie now calls Spokane home, for the second time in her life.

Wendi DunlapWomen & Families Case Manager since November 2008. 

Wendi graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2006 and attained her Master's degree in Social Work the following year. Wendi previously worked at CORD as the REACH coordinator in 2007, providing emergency funding for HIV/AIDS clients. She has lived in the Spokane area for more than 25 years, and is a mother of one teenage daughter.

Mark Garrett - Client Advocate since 2003. 

Mark graduated from the University of Alaska Business Management Program and attended Eastern Washington University Computer Science Program from 2000-2001. Previously an Outreach Worker with SAN (2001), Mark currently serves as SAN client advocate.  In this role, Mark contributes to the following planning councils: Local HIV Care Planning Group (LPG), Washington State Governor's Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (GACHA), Region 1 HIV Prevention Planning Group (RPG), State HIV Prevention Planning Group (SPG), Lifelong AIDS Alliance Statewide Public Policy Committee, State and National (Ryan White) Quality Management Program Evaluation Group (QMPEG), CDC Medical Monitoring Program National Consumer Advisory Group (MMP) and Washington State MMP Consumer Advisory Committee. Born in Spokane and raised in Alaska, Mark returned to Spokane in 1997 after living in Northern California for 10 years. He has lived with HIV/AIDS for more than 20 years.

Ariel Holcomb-Hockin - HIV Testing Counselor since July 2011.

Ariel graduated from Evergreen State College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy, then moved on to Eastern Washington University where she attained her Master's in Social Work, and is currently working on her Master's in Public Administration. She became an intern at SAN in Spring 2010, and before that worked at Bread and Roses, a homeless advocacy agency in Olympia. Ariel has volunteered with various causes, from housing advocacy to animal shelters. Ariel was born and raised in the Spokane area, and returned to Spokane after six years in Olympia.

Brandi Mahoney - Case Manager since 2007. 

Brandi graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2005 and is currently enrolled in graduate studies for a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership. Brandi was previously employed as a Child and Family Case Manager for Spokane Mental Health. She is a member of the Children's Alliance and the Spokane Homeless Coalition. Brandi was born and raised in Republic, Washington.

Kyle Richardson  Prevention Coordinator since July 2011

Kyle graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Community Health. In 2007, he went to Kyoto, Japan for three months to help run a food and clothing bank for those in need. He has also been a member of INMx since its creation in 2007 and volunteer of INMx and SAN since 2007. Kyle was born and raised in Spokane, WA.

Robert C. Williamson Jr. - Case manager and Volunteer Coordinator since July 2009. 

Robert graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies in 1995 and a Master's degree in Social Work in1997 from Eastern Washington University.  A native of Buffalo, New York,  Robert retired from the Air Force in 1992 at Fairchild Air Force Base. Robert has been on what he calls a "marvelous journey" since graduation. He has worked at Spokane Mental Health, St. Luke's Extended Care, Sacred Heart and Deaconess Medical Center. Robert has served on various boards and committees, such as District 81 School Board and Hillyard's Neighborhood Action Committee. He was also a writer for a now defunct local paper The African American Voice.
