Estate Planning 101: Attorney, Katharine Tate, will present the fundamentals of estate planning that every adult should consider. She will discuss who needs an estate plan, whether a Will or a Trust is better, and what other documents are essential for the properly drafted estate plan. She will also discuss some special considerations that members of the LGBTQ community should remember when having their estate plans drafted.
